Overview

Join CorpComm as a part-time Frontend Developer building modern, accessible, high-performance web experiences for government and commercial clients. We welcome candidates with strong experience in one or more popular frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or Svelte.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain reusable UI components and page features across multiple client engagements
Translate product and design requirements into accessible, maintainable front-end implementations
Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver consistent, enterprise-grade UX and UI quality
Integrate APIs and implement robust client-side data handling with appropriate loading/error states
Improve performance, reliability, and usability through profiling, refactoring, and best practices
Contribute to internal patterns, component standards, and documentation to scale delivery
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold quality and security hygiene

Requirements

Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern front-end engineering practices
Professional experience with at least one major front-end framework (React/Next.js, Vue, Angular, or Svelte)
Proven ability to implement accessible UI (WCAG 2.1 AA principles, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation)
Strong responsive design skills and ability to translate designs into polished interfaces
Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs and handling async data flows
Familiarity with state management patterns (framework-native or libraries) and component-driven architecture
Testing fundamentals (unit/integration and at least one E2E approach) and comfort working with CI checks
Strong Git workflows, code review participation, and collaborative development habits
Performance-minded approach (Core Web Vitals awareness, profiling, and optimization techniques)
